Our Story
We’re Amber and Tim, a husband-and-wife team running a two-person precision CNC shop focused on prototypes, tooling, fixtures, molds, and small-batch production. We work with aluminum, steels, titanium, plastics, and composite tooling materials, and we like helping customers turn rough ideas into real parts.
We’ve spent years working in the real world of small manufacturing: high-mix, low-volume work, tight deadlines, revision changes, and parts that have to be right the first time. That experience shaped how we approach quoting, planning, machining, inspection, and customer communication.
Along the way, we also began developing internal workflow ideas and patent-pending concepts based on real shop needs. Those efforts are secondary to the shop itself, but they reflect the same goal: making complex work more practical, traceable, and repeatable.
Today, Reliable Machining Solutions is first and foremost a precision machining and tooling business. The software and workflow concepts remain internal and future-facing, while our daily focus stays on delivering quality parts, clear communication, and dependable support for our customers.
We built this shop around practical problem-solving, careful workmanship, and the kind of support we would want ourselves. Whether a customer comes to us with a finished model or just the start of an idea, our goal is to help move it toward a successful production-ready result.
