By accessing or using this website, submitting information through it, contacting us through it, or using any related tools, downloads, or services we may make available (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Who we are
Reliable Machining Solutions is a precision CNC machining and tooling business focused on prototypes, small-batch production, fixtures, molds, and practical engineering support. We may also develop, test, or provide limited-access internal, experimental, or future software tools related to quoting, planning, machining workflows, traceability, or shop operations.
Some parts of this website may discuss or reference future concepts, internal tools, patent-pending ideas, beta software, or AI-assisted workflow concepts. Unless we expressly state otherwise, those items are informational only and are not offered as public commercial software products.
2) Eligibility and use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this website or any Services. You agree to use the website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
If any portion of the Services requires an account, login, or restricted access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, malware, ransomware, or harmful material;
- interfere with, probe, attack, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or infrastructure;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;
- use the Services to create, distribute, or support unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or invasive content;
- use the Services in a way that violates export controls, sanctions laws, defense-related restrictions, or ITAR/EAR requirements.
4) Quotes, inquiries, and project information
Any quote request, inquiry, or project discussion submitted through this website is informational and does not create a binding agreement unless separately accepted in writing by Reliable Machining Solutions.
Quoted pricing, lead times, tolerances, and availability may depend on drawings, models, materials, quantities, revision status, outside processing, inspection requirements, and other project-specific conditions. We reserve the right to revise or decline any quote or project request.
You are responsible for ensuring that any files, drawings, specifications, and instructions you provide are accurate, complete, and lawful to share.
5) Export controls, sanctions, and controlled technical data
Some manufacturing-related content, files, software concepts, and technical information may be subject to U.S. export control, re-export, sanctions, or defense-related laws and regulations, including ITAR and EAR.
You are solely responsible for determining whether any data, files, or technical information you submit, upload, transmit, or request through the Services are subject to legal restrictions, and for ensuring that your use is lawful and authorized. Do not provide controlled technical data or restricted information through the Services unless you have verified that doing so is permitted.
Reliable Machining Solutions does not assume responsibility for your compliance obligations under export, sanctions, customs, defense, or trade laws.
6) Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, this website and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, images, downloads, software concepts, and other materials, are owned by Reliable Machining Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for legitimate business or informational purposes.
No right, title, or interest in any intellectual property is transferred to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.
7) Feedback and submissions
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, comments, or other submissions regarding our website, shop processes, tools, software concepts, or Services, you grant Reliable Machining Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and incorporate that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.
You represent that you have the right to submit any materials or information you provide and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.
8) Third-party services and links
This website may reference, embed, link to, or integrate third-party tools, services, platforms, or content. These may include hosting tools, form providers, analytics tools, maps, video platforms, CAD/CAM-related resources, or other third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, policies, and practices. Reliable Machining Solutions is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or performance of third-party services.
9) Beta tools, software concepts, and AI-assisted features
From time to time, Reliable Machining Solutions may discuss, test, or provide access to internal tools, beta modules, software concepts, workflow aids, or AI-assisted features. Any such items are experimental unless expressly stated otherwise.
These experimental tools or concepts:
- may contain bugs, defects, or incomplete features;
- may change or be withdrawn at any time;
- may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated output;
- are not guaranteed to be available, reliable, or fit for any particular purpose.
If any feature uses automated or AI-assisted logic, you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all outputs before relying on them. This includes, without limitation, any output relating to machining, programming, toolpaths, quoting, scheduling, compliance, planning, documentation, or production decisions.
Any such output is provided “as is” for informational or workflow support purposes only and is not professional advice.
10) No professional, legal, safety, or compliance advice
Content on this website may refer to manufacturing, machining, quality, compliance, traceability, safety, legal, technical, or business topics. That content is provided for general informational purposes only.
Nothing on this website or in the Services constitutes legal advice, engineering certification, safety approval, export compliance advice, financial advice, or other regulated professional advice. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, approvals, processes, compliance obligations, and outcomes.
